gf99 Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain an active account on gf99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering and using the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from gf99 or had an account terminated for breach of these T&C.
• You are not depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or that are intended for use in money laundering.

gf99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any balance pending verification.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on gf99. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, and registered mobile number.
• Promptly update your account information if any registered details change.
• Not impersonate any other person or use false information to create an account.
• Submit to identity and age verification when requested, including KYC documentation such as a national ID card, passport, or government-issued document.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. gf99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or financial service.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent gf99 support.
• Notify gf99 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

gf99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh Players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• gf99 does not charge fees on standard local wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Card and international payment methods may be subject to processing fees as indicated at the point of deposit.
• gf99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any deposit it deems unusually large or potentially connected with financial crime.

Withdrawals from your gf99 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. gf99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. gf99 may place a withdrawal hold on an account pending verification at any time.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirement is not withdrawable. Only real-money balance that has satisfied all applicable conditions may be withdrawn.

gf99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable. They must be converted to real-money balance by meeting the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion per account. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account termination.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• gf99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if it is determined that the promotion is being abused or exploited.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. gf99 may in its sole discretion decline to offer bonus incentives to Players identified as professional gamblers, matched bettors, or arbitrage players.

gf99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via the account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out period, no deposits, bets or account logins will be permitted.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting gf99 support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality checks: Session duration reminders are available and can be configured within account settings to alert you at intervals you choose.

gf99 takes its duty of care to vulnerable players seriously. The platform reserves the right to restrict, suspend or close an account where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is gambling beyond their means or exhibiting signs of problem gambling behaviour, even in the absence of a formal self-exclusion request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gf99 and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or conduct any transaction that is connected with illegal activity under applicable law.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or technical glitches to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of exploiting a technical error are void and will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game or betting market, including any form of match-fixing or coordinated betting.

gf99 employs fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be placed under review. During a review, withdrawals may be suspended pending the outcome. gf99's determination on any prohibited conduct matter is final.

All content on the gf99 platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, trademarks, logos and user interface elements, is the property of gf99 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of gf99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gf99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or losses arising from technical faults not directly caused by gf99's wilful misconduct. gf99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these T&C shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gf99 may update these T&C at any time. The current version is always available on this page, identified by the effective date shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not accept a revised version of the T&C, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of any real-money balance in your account, subject to any outstanding verification or wagering requirements.
